Any black eyeshadow
And medium brown shadow
A dense packing brush (ex: MAC 215)
A fluffy, but still a little dense brush (Morphe MB25)
Any liner
Any lashes
BOOM, YA DONE.

If you don't want to use tape you can hold up a straight object (like another makeup brush) next to your eye. It gives the same effect and you don't have to rip tape off your eye.
