What Is Unified Pension Scheme | Union Cabinet Launches UPS: A Game-Changer for Govt Employees

The Union Cabinet has introduced the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS), a revolutionary pension reform benefiting 23 lakh employees, effective April 1, 2025. The UPS offers an assured pension of 50% of the average basic pay, assured family pension, and assured minimum pension of ₹10,000 per month. The scheme differs from the existing New Pension Scheme (NPS) in its increased government contribution, assured benefits, and option for employees to choose between UPS and NPS. The government estimates an additional cost of ₹6,250 crores in the first year and ₹800 crores in arrears.

मोदी जी फिर चकमा दे दिए अपने पेंशन स्कीम में
1)पहले बेसिक और डीए का 10% कर्मचारी का वेतन से कटेगा, क्यों? क्या ये अपना 10% पैसा रिटायरमेंट के टाइम इंटरेस्ट के साथ मिलेगा !!!
2)क्यों पेंशन का बेसिक फिक्स रहेगा उसमें भी कुछ बड़ोतरी हो?
3)ग्रैच्युटी कम मिलेगा क्योंकि पहले यदि किसी को ग्रैच्युटी 100 रूपया मिलता तो अब उसे 40रूपया मिलेगा!!! कृप्या ध्यान दे
4)और फिर 25 साल का जॉब कर ही पेंशन मिलेगा क्योंकि सरकार को आने वाली जेनरेशन को रोजगार कम देना है क्यों??

दुःख इस बात का है कि मीडिया ये बात नहीं दिखायेगा ये स्कीम सही है या फिर धोका है रिटायरमेंट के टाइम का पैसा और ग्रेच्युटी का क्या सरकार नहीं देगी....
