Pop the clean potato skins in a slow oven after basting them lightly with a brush of olive oil and light sprinkling of salt. A great crispy snack full of fibre, and no wastage.

I have the same one because I read you should get one that has interchangeable plates but it does get anoying when it sticks to the top every time.
