It's supply and demand. If you aren't writing good material people like, less people pay to see what you're selling. You then subsequently get paid less because there's less money coming in because it's going to independent creators who make material people want to see, not some forced ajenda nonsense that's tiresome to listen to.
Perhaps they can use the break to study basic economics? 🤓📚

If Disney didn't try to copy Netflix, everyone would have continued to use Netflix like a DVD market. You could flop in theaters and get low initial ratings in season 1 of your show, but end up making profit over time.

After destroying that symbiotic relationship with Netflix, the streaming wars had the nerve to try to impose political orthodoxy while claiming to be subversive.

The in house writing is so bad you have Apple + bought CODA . Jenna Ortega has to alter the script on the fly to make a hit show . Shows like the Babylon 5 that is nearly completely written before filming by mostly 1 man make the number of dead weight writers an insane demand .
