TOKYO, December 4, 2022 — A panel of women leaders discusses the important role of mentorship in empowering women, creating an inclusive environment, and building strategies to encourage their advancement in the workplace. Participants include Tamao Sasada, country executive for Japan at Bank of America and president and representative director at BofA Securities Japan Co., Ltd. (Class of 2007); Wenchi Yu, non-resident research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation (Class of 2011); and Wendy Cutler, vice president at Asia Society Policy Institute.
