Theme park could be cool. Personally I’m on board with like a haunted cruise ship. I want the next game to be scarier too. LM3 definitely did improve over LM2 but neither really capture the unsettling atmosphere the OG had.

I’ve said this 100 times already, just because Luigi’s Mansion 3 took place in a hotel does NOT mean the next game will take place in some non-building type place. I know that LM3 wasn’t technically in mansion, but it still took place in a very big building and that’s good enough for “Mansion” to be in the title, at least for me. So if the next game took place in a Theme Park, the name Luigi’s “Mansion” wouldn’t make any sense, you might as well just call it a Luigi’s Theme Park

What if besides the circus tent area besides a ghost clown boss what if there was a ring master ghost where in different phases he makes a ghost animal takes his place in the fight after you take it out he reappears to continue the 1st phase on repeat till you catch him

Yeah a Haunted Theme Park is a Cool Concept, I thought of something similar once, but with Luigi starring in a Halloween Horror Night at Universal Studios since he and Freddy Fazbear for that matter are technically under the same roof at Universal

Luigis mansion is the shut up and take my money of Nintendo games. People love luigi, they give him a game. Luigi game = money. Al of your concepts could easily be massive money makers
