I think the cover art outfit looks better tbh. The default outfit looks good too, don't get me wrong, but the cover art outfit makes him look more ruthless and fits his personality more in my opinion.

Honestly I think this suited Arthur better that outfit looks similar to Johns it would also make sense they are like brothers matching fits almost but different colors
