I can read all the Italian writing without the English and get it first time. The talking is nice and clear, just a teeny weeny bit faster that I'd ideally like.

I love it when I see a word I didn't know but don't have to look it up. "Mentre" means whilst. I guessed because its Spanish equivalent is "mientras".

I don't like it when words in similar languages aren't similar, or when the word is similar in several languages bar one.

For example:
Tornare (go back) - Italian
Retourner (go back) - French
Volver (go back) - Spanish
Notice how the Spanish is the odd one out? There'll be other times the Italian is the odd one, or French depending. Nonetheless, I can master this Italian learning since I already know the French and Spanish languages.

I agree, definitely not one for beginners. I've been learning for a couple of weeks and I can just about follow/get the gist if I rewind and listen, but there are some parts where there are conditional tenses, uncommon prepositions etc, and they also talk very fast for a beginner level. I do like it though, I'd be interested in having another go in a few months to see if I'm better able to follow along.

Feeling like I'm taking IELTS, so helpful, but one thing though, it's definitely not for beginners, rather for intermediate level.

There is no way this is beginner italian.... This is at least intermediate. There is multiple tenses here. Quick speaking and lots of challenging words.

YOu can slow down any Youtube video: all the way to the right of the video length, on the very right you'll see a gear symbol, "settings" there you can slow down a video alot of a little.
