Staron Solid Surface Table Fabrication - 5 Minute Time Lapse

Staron Solid Surface Table Fabrication from the CAD design all the way through to the finished table. I show the CNC process, inserting the inlay, attaching the edge, and finally routing and sanding to a satin finish.

The actual process of making these Staron solid surface tables is about 8 hours. These had a satin finish and a bullnose edge which adds a lot of additional time. We made four tables and it got a lot easier after the first one was complete.
