Gorgeous and creamy peanut tomato chutney is a best accompaniment with all types of idli and dosa. The best part is, it has no onion, no garlic and no coconut. A must try chutney for you.

Ingredients
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 2" inch piece
Red chillies - 4 no.
Asafoetida (hing) - 1/4 tsp
Tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - small piece
Salt - 3/4 tsp
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few

Serves 3 people

Nice recipe. If curry leaves are added to the tempering, it would give a good flavour to the dish
