7 LAYER TACO DIP! Creamy, fresh, and easy. The perfect quick appetizer for Labor Day weekend!

This is a healthy version of everyone’s favorite layer dip. Instead of canned refried beans, I mash pinto beans with spices and salsa, then add creamy guacamole, tangy Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, and all your favorite taco toppings like tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Serve it with tortilla chips for the ultimate party dish that’s sure to please a crowd!
YOU’LL NEED
-2 cans low-sodium pinto beans, rinsed and drained
-½ c prepared salsa
-1 T + 1 tsp chili powder
-2 tsp ground cumin
-2 tsp garlic powder
-½ tsp kosher salt
-¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
-2 c prepared guacamole
-2 c plain non-fat Greek yogurt
-1 ½ c shredded Mexican-style cheese
-1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
-½ c drained sliced black olives
-⅓ c finely sliced green onions
-Tortilla chips for serving
Mash the beans with salsa and spices, layer with guacamole, Greek yogurt, and remaining toppings. Serve with tortilla chips and DEVOUR!
