2 years ago they were more lenient. Not in the future. Cash and Credit are Two kings. It’s a new age.

Omg you’re gorgeous…. Now in Texas they are checking everything as if you’re buying a home. It’s easier to purchase a home but then homes are ridiculously high. Credit score & ppl paying bills & rent/mortgage are different because most ppl will sacrifice other necessities to ensure they have a roof over their head. The way ppls wages are set-up they DoNOT make 3’s the rent. ( The average apt here cost (1300-$1500 which is $3900-$4500). If something happens they will lose all their income especially if they haven’t saved & run through their savings since “something” happened. So the rental criteria doesn’t seem to have much thought behind it in Texas.

When did $2000 a month become low income lord have mercy the rent going up but the pay is staying the same even if you can pay the rent its still not enough you have to make almost $4000 a month just to pay $800

I got biweekly stubs and a rental history from Cyber Credible just to get approved for a new apartment. I'm really happy I finally got the apartment

I work in a hospital 3-12 hour shifts a week, make 24k And I get denied at that amount. 1000$ every 2 weeks before tax, 850$ after tax. And i can't even get approved for a 690$ a month apartment...I've given up at this point lol

Hello 👋🏻 thanks for the video. Well I have been applying for apartments in the last 7 years and I won’t get approved because I had an eviction in the past it’s been 7 years, so I don’t think it’s showing up, well I applied for an apartment last week and the lady called me and told me the apartment is rented and I asked her about another property she posted and she stuttered and said, oh it’s also rented, and me and my husband worked to get our credit scores to 710 and she still lied and said she rented the properties and denied us . I think it’s discrimination, just because my husband is 13 years older than me and he’s dark.

The organization especially churches in charge of distributing the money are only helping there friends and families and follower's everyone else is being denied if you don't believe it then just look at the amount of people still not receiving it there shouldn't be in this situation.these are questions they should be asking, do they know about rental assistance, have they applied, why isnt any one helping them where is the money going

Are they looking for the credit score or more of the history and what the story tells? My credit score is improving but there are some dings due to some financial hardship last year. I have since increased my income so I’m making 4x or more the rent amount in most cases. I just recently got denied so looking for how I can increase my chances. I don’t have evictions or any bankruptcies just some late payments. I am currently working with a team of financial counselors and budget counselors as well. What is the best way to go about that? 😭😭 I need to move in about 3 months.
