Tips: Add smear frames, Use easing, when the movement is starting make it slow, then make it slowly go faster and slow again when it's reaching it's position, fill the backgroun too and get a better concept for the animation in general.

Alright, let me get you some feedback here.
First of all, you should try using "tweens", if the app you use has those.
And if the app you use doesn't have tweens, I recommend switching over to either Adobe Animate or Toonsquid.
Also, the pacing of the animation. Everything happens consecutively and it just doesn't feel human. It'd feel more realistic if things were paced with some pauses here and there. Like if when the impostor comes out of the vent, he snatches the crewmate, then a small pause, and THEN the impostor quickly devours the crewmate.
The process would be helped by tweens, which are way easier than having to manually put the distance something travels at every single frame. It also allows for things like Ease-Ins, Ease-Outs and other features only tweens have.

If you read this, I hope you improve from the feedback! And remember, not everyone has to be a disney-level animator to be good. Tweens can and should be used when possible, keyframes are good, yes, but they don't have to ALWAYS be used.

Edit: I'll be adding more stuff as I replay your animation to give better feedback.
So, I said "there should be a small pause, then the impostor quickly snatches the crewmate". About this, i'd just like to say that you DID add a pause, but maybe it should be a _bit_ longer. And also, the "quickly snatching" thing.
And about the consecutive pacing, I noticed there's always an awkward pause between things happening. Maybe try to have things happen IMMEDIATELY after the other one or even before?

Tip: ease in and out, the hand kind of snapped to its position when the imposter puts it up to their visor, but if you gradually ease it into that position, it will look 20x smoother. You did this well for the animation where the imposter goes back into the vent, but you could also do this on the among us logo, where all the crewmates jump from behind the logo, again, they sort of just snap to where they’re position is, but easing them into it could make it so much smoother. Great job tho
