Really good video I’ve been a massage therapist for almost 20 years. Now. I tried my own business from the start wasn’t very successful. I like how you get people started in the mindset that they’re the business owner and they have to focus on running a business. I just don’t have that type of mindset. Some people are built for business. Some people are just built to go to work then come home and forget about it

Adding extra services like pedicures or body scrubs may help also help as well. Cupping therapy, hot stone massages etc. It also helps in booming in more clients

I’m fully booked in clinic where they charge top dollar and the clinic takes more than half of the earnings. People are reluctant to see me at my home clinic because they don’t understand I’m fully registered with health funds and insured and with proper credit card facilities, record keeping etc. They think it’s just some crappy dodgy thing because I work from home. I’m getting out of the industry anyway as I’m sick of slaving in clinics and never making ends meet. It’s a shame cause I used to love the work and the goal was to set up a business but I’m too burnt out.
