Just for other people to know. I put Homebrew Launcher and Luma and stuff on my New 3DS back in 2017 and haven't updated since. But I remembered that I had already the bootstrap thing so this tutorial worked perfectly for me. So go ahead if you're on the same situation as I was. This is very well explained and safe to perform.
