so basically poor countries send raw materials cheaply to rich countries because they have no choice -when rich countries have manufactured the goods using their raw materials, they sell it back to to the same poor countries at a higher cost. So the poorer countries probably pay more for those goods than actually be paid for giving the raw materials to the rich countries.
