Only 3 out of 7 people that were in the house testified and so many inconsistencies amongst them. Crucial state witness are not being called by the state. E.g. Kelly, Longwe, mjiyako, maphiri myb makhumalo. Till to date no 1 saw who pulled the trigger apart from cooked confession. Poor Ntanzi had his phone in the presence of the police for 6months and the law says upon an individuals arrest phones should be confisticated but that was not the case with ntanzi. I'm not a lawyer or anything but sana kuningi. Ratha as much as you have nothing to loose don't let this case to go to appeal because that's how you will be remembered " colluding with the corrupt state " kusezoshuba from Thursday till December. We haven't even heard abt ginindas leave nor his exam time table. Also baloyi must answer why he chose 363 over 375.

In conclusion if longwe is not dear he will tell the truth. If I was Kelly I would implicate gininda, Baloyi and chicco. Because Kelly is going down shem. My 2c overview
