Wow, how did you remove the oxygen from the other side of the weld area when welding? Stainless oxidises like crazy when Tig welding.

Question do u have to back purge when wleding stainless exhaust? Or it doesnt matter about sugaring.

What filler Rod and diameter do you use?

You should try welding more then 20mm at a time mate
