Most agents get fired every 30 days. 😳

What do I mean by that?
Well how often do your clients buy a house? Every 5, 7 or 10 years?

So every time we close a transaction with a client, we are essentially fired and have to continue until the end of time to prospect and find new clients to work with. Is this exhausting?? Why yes it is!
Most agents do not have an exit strategy. They are selling homes until they either retire and hopefully put money aside in a retirement account or have invested in some real estate.
But there is no plan for additional streams of income outside of transactions.
THAT’S EXHAUSTING.
