BREAKING IMMIGRATION NEWS! CSPA: USCIS ANNOUNCES MAJOR CHANGE IN AGE CALCULATION!

On February 14, 2023, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced a major change in determining when a visa is “available,” for purposes of calculating a child’s age under the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). Under this change in policy, more children could be eligible for CSPA age out protection. Watch this video for details.
