Growing up, I used to have to walk down to a little shop and have The owner cut off a hunk of Pecorino Romano from her giant wheel of cheese so we could have it with Sunday Dinner. Thanks, Nono. I'm so glad you explained why you use Himalayan Pink Salt. I happened to have some and didn't know what was so special about it. I also happen to have Calabrian Chili Oil and have no clue what to do with it. I'm looking forward to trying out your recipes.
