The fps unlocker is for 3.7, the devs havent updated it to 4.0 yet

if your FPS in game still locked at 60FPS, check Nvidia Control Panel 3D settings to see if your Genshin impact.exe FPS cap is locked

I play genshin on 2 PCs, one has windows 10 pro and the other one windows 11 pro, I lock my fps in both to 144, but for some reason on windows 10 it feels like 50-60 fps even though it's showing 144, while on windows 11 the game is buttery smooth. Everything is the same. (both monitors are 144hz)

No wonder u can can play at 300+fps u have i9 11th gen and rtx 3090, for me im hitting 70-120 depends on the place on my r5 3600, rtx 3070 at max settings 1.2 render, x8 anisotropic filter, Im at Fontaine the fps drops a lot to 70-80 fps when Im at open areas that I can see the entire places faraway, but its probably Im limited with my psu only having 550w bronze quality and the game consumes 100w on rtx 3070 maybe it should consume more but my psu prevents it
