I have a question about seed oils isn't hydrogenated oils bad? If they're not bad how come people feel better after removing them? Don't they have harmful ingredients? The studies on this topic are pretty weak and I believe these seed oils are pushed as healthy because they're cheaper

If I for an example eat 20-30 grams of added sugar a day but eat healthier foods the rest of the day would I be a healthy person? Would it affect me in any way?

I think this guy LOVES his Chocolate ! Its not fair though, cause I can die just like a dog unfortunately or just feel like I want to die from Horrid all day Reflux
