As a Frenchman, I'd like to apologize for our president's handling of the Ukraine war. But it was either him or someone even worse.... ;-(

I think just the fact that these two attacks on heavy bomber bases came at exactly the same time says Ukraine. I mean what are the chances that two accidents are going to happen at heavy bomber bases hundreds of miles apart at exactly the same time? They're too astronomical to credit. So I think it it has to be Ukraine and I think they're smart to not take any credit for it.

Macron has to be stopped playing roi Soleil. Someone has to tell him he is very useless.

I guess Macron would have advised Churchill and Roosevelt to back off with the D Day Landings and do a deal with A. H. and let him keep half of France for agreeing with some sort of new order. However we got into this mess, invading countries and decimating populations is unacceptable. Appeasing dictators solves nothing and is an insult to people who are tying to defend their chosen liberty. My guess is that Macron knows that.

France returning to appeasement is troubling. Macron just needs to keep quiet. France needs a leader that measures up to the nation’s greatness.

You’d think the Macron would have realized something about appeasement from WW2. It surely appears the US and Britain did. We here in the US are far, far, far away from being perfect but damn I’m thankful we are helping Ukraine as much as we are. We need to do more but I am glad we are doing something.
