There is also a difference between north and south Italy, but just about talking about it, for the rest it's ok
For example, I got my wii modded in sout Italy but I live in the North and there aren't snobby people who annoy me for it

Ever hear of Eamon? That game allowed modding way back in 1980 on the Apple 2 computer. That should be the first example of modding a game.
