I have to say, most of these dresses looked really good on camera but I get why the girls didn’t like them. I bought a formal dress on Amazon that turned out to be a weird scuba material. I got a ton of compliments on it but I felt so uncomfortable and cheap the whole night

What bugs me about Amazon is they don’t model the clothes. They cut and paste it over an existing picture and it isn’t a true representation of what you get.

I really liked this video, although I kinda wish we saw some different silhouettes with the dresses that were tried on in it...🙃
I got my own prom dress off of Amazon for about $85 and it was a strapless ballgown style dress with corset closure in the back and TONS of sparkles... very different from the dresses in this video, but still under $100, and it was SO pretty...it also came in a ton of different colors and sizes. I'd be interested to see another video like this that explored a larger variety of dress styles, sizes, and silhouettes🤔😁

I think they all would work if you were on a budget. I was poor in high school and for prom, I only had a couple hundred dollars for dress, shoes, hair, tickets, etc. Most teenagers don’t get stuff altered. They will wear it off the rack. I could see the short dresses if you were going with your homegirls and wanted to just dance and have a good time. I wouldn’t spend more than that on a dress I was gonna wear once.

The more I watch videos like this the more I realize how little all of know how much are close really should cost (and that is by design) That first dress really should be more than $30 (but not over $100) but the more expensive expensive version that it is trying to dupe should also be way more than it is.
