I keep a sharpie handy. Mark the tops of everything with the expiration dates and be sure to rotate your supplies. I do a pantry clean out every 6 months and pull out anything close to the expiration date to use up first.

peppermints are very good for digestion. I have IBS and no medicine seems to help just peppermint. I get candy peppermints to use when it is not so bad and peppermint pills when it is worse. That is why you use to see peppermints at the check out counter in restaurants usually for free. It aids the intestines in digestion and causes less cramps there. I'm glad you showed the ingredients of the freeze dried mixed fruits. They contained mulberries and I have been wanting to try them. I just planted two mulberry bushes mainly because they are native to the area I'm in but I've never seen them here.

Impressive! I did crack up with that tomato sauce label stating “meat flavored”. Progresso Soup serving 8 for $1.25? WOW. Freeze dried fruits at that price? Girl, you have opened my eyes. The sauerkraut in a can or jar does not have the probiotics, as the bacteria has all been cooked & is now dead. You have to buy something like Bubbies, which was fermented and refrigerated, and still has the good live bacteria.

I love the pantry haul. I will say the freezed dried fruits is so good to add to cereals and oatmeal especially the strawberries

I loved our dollar tree in my town. The workers kept it really clean and organized. It was well stocked. Lot of great products. Sadly hurricane Beryl took it out. The roof caved in. We are still waiting for it to open. Im hearing some time next year. We have one that is about 15 minutes away but Beryl knocked out the power. It reopened recently but they dont have all the goodies mine did. Ours was still 1.25 plus the 3 and 5 dollar items.

The can of sweet potato soup you picked up is an excellent choice if you google it and check the price it's fairly expensive, it's organic you may want to try it out and if you like it definitely get some more before they are gone. The whole mackerel is a good buy treat it just like canned salmon great for mackerel patties 😋.

I just saw the Markel in the bag yesterday at one of our dollar trees. I didn’t pick it up either! I really like that progressive soup mix! I grab it every time to make a quick meal for our family!
