When we visited Astoria, we visited several places that were very interesting and unique. I recommend these places to visit for people who are curious about the world. The history behind the Lewis and Clark national historical park is really remarkable, you could easily spend a whole day at the Columbia maritime museum looking at all the exhibits and displays and watching the videos and looking at the models, The Astoria column is unique, and provids a remarkable view of northwest Oregon and southwest Washington from the 125 foot tall perch sitting on top of the tallest hill in the town, you can easily see Saddle mountain down near Seaside, and the others also make for a great visit. Check it out !
