I do this up to 2 plates. but I normally have my foot a little to the ends.

How do you feel about heel placement here?

I tend to align my foot with my knee, but if I’m going for ROM I’ll nearly top my heel out. What do you think is best practice?

Almost every time I do weighted calf raises no matter the machine it feels like it's targeting the arch of my foot instead of my calves. Am I doing something wrong?

Why would one do a single leg press? It takes about twice the time to train. I mean, maybe if the other leg were injured or if one leg were in rehab from an injury.
