Time and Punishment, Nightmare Cafeteria, and The Shinning were all in the same episode (Treehouse of Horror V), and each had a recurring gag of Willie getting hit by an axe. One of my all time favorite episodes.

I did love seeing Homer quoting Edgar Allen Poe. That's just hilarious.
Also Bart going: "You know what would have been scarier than nothing? ANYTHING!!" Though I think nothing is pretty unnerving on it's own. Loved the 3D Homer ending, too.
My favorite was "Send in the Clones", it was just the funniest one to me.

My favorites are when Bart and Lisa got superpowers, when Lisa became a snail for a few seconds, when Ned Flanders became a werewolf, the Jurassic World one, the one where the Simpsons were in a zombie apocalyspe, the one where Homer was in 3D mode, the one where Homer was the Grim Reaper, the one where The Simpsons meet The Simpsons from the Tracey Ullman show and the one where Bart and Milhouse could stop time
