I wish this song was longer, it perfectly conveys the frigid sadness of Rodion's district and home life, as well as her self-righteous desire to see things improve. It almost takes the wind out of its sails a bit for it to then be used in the flashbacks of others, like the chicken man of all people lol.

fun fact: Rodya in the original book (Приступление и Наказание aka in english Crime and Punishment) was originally a guy and Sonya was a girl, the only difference of Limbus Rodya and original Rodion Raskolnikov is that Rodion wasn't submissive and a gambling addict.
