Nathan I can give you another tip to lower your screen time. Take my old OnePlus 5t and give me your iPhone. The battery life on it is just about 4 hours, so you can't use it for 8.

Super helpful, I’ve turned my phone black and white and it legit helps, also I found putting it black and white by setting it up as a triple click can help, in case you want to see a photo that you took or something.
