We're ending this week with a sweaty one for this LIVE indoor cycling workout! This will be over 45 minutes of fat burning fun!

💁🏼‍♀‍ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spinning and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

I got to the 38min mark before I had to call it, but this was SUCH a fun ride! I look forward to coming back to it (jumps are already so much easier than they used to be, next big challenge is making through the freezes)!

Yay for 50!!! I haven’t been here for each one (vacay and time changes screwed thinks up) —- but at least 35 of these amazing live rides! I love this community and K you’re the best instructor there is! The music in this ride was amazing! 🎵 💕
