This savefile is coming along so well! Everything is so beautiful 😍 Maybe you could do a playhouse so the villagers could watch plays and then have the actors in a caravan of wagons.

A medieval farm lot would be cool. Also a medieval theatre would be AMAZING.

I feel like one of these shops should definitely be a witch/apothecary. Also you could have one of the villagers be a werewolf if you wanted to add some fantasy-ness

If you’re still looking to add a tiny bit more movement to the lot— domesticated ducks and geese (the white kind) are common in the canals of certain historic cities. Restaurants feed them leftovers.
You could also consider making the lot a stray cat/dog hangout for the same reason.

There could be a farmers market with lots of produce, and maybe a fish monger. And maybe someone who sells wooden statues that you make on the woodworking table, or flower arrangements. Also, someone could sell wool from the llamas?

Omg I saw the short of you deleting all the building in willow creek for this and this is reminding me of sims medieval!
For ideas:
you could make the von estate lot a castle, I feel like that would fit especially since the lore of that lot is like really old.

A jousting area would be good especially if you have the horse ranch pack

You can use the kioski as little merchant shops the ones from cottage living would fit.

For sims Ideas it would be funny if you had a nod to henry the 8th as he is a Tudor
