I've been at this for 2 days but when I get to minute 3:45, for adding the Select Data, I can add the JSON formula but the dynamic content is not available. So I don't have the outputs value to put into the formula. This is all new to me so I'm guessing I'm probably making a mistake somewhere. Not sure if you have any advice?

Hi Michael, I am dealing with the multiple select option in forms and having some issues when the user selection is not in the same order the listing is created, so when I am validating the options selected by the user, the order in the array is passed to power automate as it was clicked, (user could click the option 4, first instead of the 1), how can I send the array in the same order the options are in the listing instead of the order they were clicked in forms. thanks for your help.

Thank you for this Michael. Do you have an example or suggestion on how to do this with a Microsoft Form that has more than one multiple answer question? I can get this working in the flow when it is a single multi-choice question, but can't seem to replicate it when I have more than one.

my question is in Sharepoint list is one column that has multiple answer, if we link this list with Power BI to show what this column has and even i can have a report from this column, do you think that will work🤷‍♀or is there any other way to get each answer in a sperate column?

Could you help with another problem please?
I'd like to send two different emails when a sharepoint list is modified, however I can't quite work out the correct process. Specifically:
1. When the status column is changed to 'approve', automate sends an 'approved' email
2. When the same status column is changed to 'rejected' automate sends a 'rejected' email.
3. When the status column is not changed, nothing happens!

There seems to be lots of info about sending an email when the column status has changed, but not when those changes have different conditions (approved or rejected).

Any help would be mega! Thanks.

Hi Michael, this is a great solution, but it seams the expression feature is no longer available in the "select data operation". If you now follow the instructions, the interface is difference... Does anyone know how to solve it?
