For students, researchers and data analysts who don't have a strong statistical background, the Data Analysis and Interpretation using SPSS course teaches you statistical data analysis, interpretation and APA reporting in a simple, practical approach

You will learn:
✔️ Data entry, data importing and preparation
✔️ Summarizing data using descriptive statistics
✔️ Exploring relationships between different types of variables
✔️ Choosing appropriate charts and developing them
✔️ Transforming variables and managing the data to suit your analyses
✔️ Choosing the appropriate inferential tests such as chi-square, t-tests and regression and running them
✔️ How to interpret all the statistics presented in the course and presenting them using the APA format
✔️ How to write your research methodology, results and discussions sections

Thank you for your informative video. I have similar data. I want to compare responses between two groups. For example, in your data that could be comparing the answers to the multiple response question between men and women. I made a cross tabulation of the multiple response set and gender. Could I calculate a p-value for the difference between men and women? It does not seem to me that I can just do this on the multiple response set because the variables in the set are not independent of each other. What I could do is continue to view all response options as separate (dichotomous) variables and then run a chi-square test separately for each response option. Is this a good way of analyzing? I hesitate because then of course you get te problem of multiple testing (i guess) which makes you more likely to get a type I error. To compensate for this, could I take a smaller alpha? If this is not a good way I can choose to perform only descriptive statistics and not test statistics.

I would be greatly helped by your advice.

Thanks in advance!
