For 9-13 early specialization in football training can be harmful. Too many explosive and repeated movements will never be helpful for balance development in a growing organism. Ødegaard is a finest example of how the Multisport approach pays off. The reason for his good run is an army of physiotherapists and great training culture in his academy offering a variety of disciplines to a young, developing body. None of the great footballers train 20 hours a week but majority of them ran, swam, and wrestle one each other. Keep up the good work guys.
