Hi Met and thanks for the excellent walk around video, and at my dealership too! I never liked the facelift when it originally came out only in China in 2020, and hoped they would change it with the new rollout in June 2023 in the UK. As an owner of the original, I simply prefer the chrome Stardust grille and chrome flourishes to the front over the facelift front, which to me looks like the open mouth of a Baleen whale trawling for krill!

Removing the Skyroof is criminal, especially as it was always still available all around the world other than the UK when they made the cut. The skyroof IS a deal breaker for many owners, it's a fabulous thing that we as owners use all year round as it can be partially opened for air etc. It also brings light into the cabin and looks great. New owners will love the facelift and some existing owners may like the sportier looks, Wing blade alloy wheels and different infotainment system, but I love and prefer my original and will be keeping that for many years.

MG UK say that this is the end for the MG HS, in a few years it will be completely removed from the line up by a new vehicle and line up, all with the same family resemblance. They should have brought out a full electric version of the MG HS in my opinion, and long ago. That might have sold really well with a 230+ mile range tempting many to dip their toes into electric ownership. The MG HS is a fantastic vehicle, value for money, comfort and extras, the best decision I ever made.

MG is litteraly taking the piss of british customers with the Trophy petrol only, top specs options....
No 2L engines available, no auto-sunroof, no fog lights, no other colors for interior (only black & red). Good value for money, but is Rubbish in compare to same Trophy from Asia or other
Also the so called infotainment system is trash! If MG didn't ad one at all and allow customers to attach their own tablet (ex: Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra) would have been amazing! But nooo, MG needs to do what China and british government wants now.... Very very

Shame no more glass roof ? Still a very Laggy entertainment screen . Should have narrowed the rear lght on the corners, as they look a decade old even with new led structure. Funny thing if you want black headlining its a extra 500 sovs ( for the life of me i dont know why you would) ESPECIALLY as no more extra light from mg accountants removing the excellant skyglass feature. . Sillly billys, shame cos the fareast ones have the skyglass in this HS trophy form. I feel some decent HS discounting or 0 finance deals coming on by early spring. Just sayin .
