Jim Browning is a scam baiter who tricks scammers into giving him access to their computers by pretending to be a victim. Browning then listens in on other calls and once he has the evidence, he assists victims and turns over the findings to the authorities.

Should have explained that a bank will never ask for a PIN or OTP or ask you to go to an ATM and then make sure she tells this to everyone she knows of a similar age.
