Paying ren and mortgages is great. Then what about lowering the rent and finding out what is inflating mortgages. I am sorry but unless you built a better house. A fifty thousand dollar house does not grow to One hundred and fifty thousand dollar house over night. No one watered the house. It is still a twelve hundred foot outhouse.
