How much of the World Food Program and UN help actually reaches the people who need it?

Banning exports is perfectly reasonable if you need to feed your own population first.
This doesn't create "Artificial" price hikes, it creates real price hikes, because people are not entitled to another countries efforts.
If a country cannot feed itself, it usually has itself to blame. Completely done with the victim mentality and sense of entitlement so many people have.

Literally farmers are being financially ruined by the pandemic because they cant sell their livestock to the farming plants due to all of the have all shut down, and are being forced to either gas or kill their animals. That means higher food prices.
