To anyone seeing this in the future; the plug-in is very useful and simple to use, but it is limited to 50 questions per month. If you want more you have to pay. But all-in-all a useful tool and a good video thank you mister.

in july 2024-2 times i follow your steps but i m getting same error-Oops!
Form Builder Plus could not process your request due error at the time of import.

Cause of the error: This can happen due to wrong inputs or importing bulk of items.

Recommended action: Please check and ensure that the inputs provided are correct and that the import does not exceed 350 items. Note that Google Forms has limitations on the number of questions added via API, which may cause errors if exceeded. For more detailed information, please refer to the FAQ section. Form builder is not entirely free. After the first 50 import, let's say 50 questions, you have to give up the free basic quota, and pay for further use.

This method of form build is asking licence and money. It's not working for 50 questions
