Which brand vinegar you have used? Can we use lemon juice instead?

Way easier and less messy way is to use the sous vide set at 180F for 5 minutes. Is much more controlled. Still kills bacteria and gives more control in the process. Plus much less messy as the milk isn’t boiled up on the surface
