Thank you Barb so much for sharing your extraordinary informative videos. I watched your cliff note version of the mixed media journals . Then went and watched the thorough list of different types of paper and journals on the market yesterday. Today i returned the journal i bought Friday from the flashy designer line from Michael's. I was very disappointed on how flimsy it was . Thanks to your tutorials i picked up a Strathmore XL mixed media one . I am thrilled. I am rough on things as well as sentimental. Wow I am going to have to watch this numerous times. It has so many ideas to tease my brain into action of journaling in way too many ways. I am encouraged finally. NOW I get it! My eclectic interests have resulted in a collection of journals that I thought were wrong. Thanks for giving me permission to continue in this random fashion because it really does allow my creative juices to flow. I have some watercolor pages that I'd like to paste into a larger book. I'm thinking of putting mod podge over it, but am not sure if it'll run. What do you think? Thanks for the lessons!
