We always encourage people on this programme to ask for help if you need, whatever the issue. And what’s great about this country, is that there are so many charities, different organisations and resources for all sorts of problems, from mental health, to debt issues, business related or for any other personal struggles you may be going through.
But many people feel that asking for help is a negative thing.
So the aim of this episode is to encourage people to open up when they have an issue.
Chrissy speaks to resident Coach Chris Browne to discuss how people can ask for help and support at work and the importance of training in the work place and in general and to real life story guest, Jannat Haqq, who shares her personal struggles.
Plus she speaks to the founder of the first-ever National Mentoring Day, Chelsey Baker, and resident Business expert, Jonathan Pfahl, about an event they had recently showcasing available mentoring schemes out there and promoting the benefits that mentoring brings.
Chrissy also shares her advice on asking for help.
