How to read water level in a container using the Arduino development board and the eTape capacitive liquid level sensor. The eTape liquid level sensor changes resistance with the water level, using a voltage divider circuit the Arduino can read this change in resistance as a change in voltage and output the value in the serial monitor window.

Interesting, I might use this for a rain gauge. Thanks for the video.

There is a block in LabVIEW called "Elapsed Time" that outputs a boolean every time a specified amount of time has passed, in your case every hour. You could connect the boolean output of this block to a case block and put the Arduino voltage reading block inside.

Hello, what exactly is your arduino code reading in? Are these resistance values?

Im trying to sample a voltage coming from a solar panel and automatically write the average of the sampled voltage to a spreadsheet every hour using arduino and labview. Im already using arduino labview to control the solar panel using 2 stepper motors but cant figure out how to modify the arduino continuous sampling vi to suit my needs any a video showing sampling with the arduino would be much appreciated.

What arduino code and what is your circuit. Can you show it well?
