a few new ones I have found: in place of pita (bread) or potato chips--use plaintain chips (with taziki); in place of crackers, use cucumber slices (with hummus or guac); roast veggies in the air fryer for something salty--toss zucchini strips or asparagus in olive oil and fancy salt/pepper (pink salt or truffle salt is a favorite), then air fry for 12 minutes for a fun treat...dts/usa

I love all of these snacks Caroline. I've been eating Greek yogurt with berries, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of sunflower and pumpkin seeds for breakfast. It's so yummy.

Hi Caroline. New subscriber here from the UK. Ive been really inspired by your vlogs. I enjoy healthy foods anyway but also some not so healthy foods. 🤭. I had decided to follow the Mediterranean diet and found your fantastic channel. 😊. I travel to Spain most summer breaks (teacher holidays) and my daughter lived in Spain for a year as part of her university degree, so I already love the lifestyle/food etc. Ive got so many ideas as I make my way through your videos. New to the MD after my second heart attack. First one was at age 45 due to infertility drugs/hormones. This latest one at age 54 due to not following my Cardiologist advice last time when he said eat the MD way and also due to having to stop my heart meds after becoming allergic to them. So, here I am, trying to figure this all out. You've been a great help and I've really enjoyed your channel. I live in Nebraska USA so I'm wondering if you have any recommendations of the lighter tasting, buttery olive oil. I've used organic olive oil to cook with for a few years now but want one to use for dressings and just to put over my food. I will need to work my way up to the really strong flavored olive oil. Thanks again for great content! ❤️

Thanks for those snack ideas. I like to eat 3 majool dates as a mid morning snack. They help with my sweet tooth.
