Hey Tony, I love your videos. At the beginning of my journey, I started with your boxing videos, I have lost 20 kg and currently am exercising almost every day. I never felt better than that in my life. Keep up the hard work. :)

100% onboard. I went through a phase about 5yrs ago (and now recovering from another round) where I was in great shape, was boxing in the gym, was active, etc.... Then, I got hit with a huge loss of motivation (I let someone get in my head) and went to drinking, eating, and not doing much else... I went from 202lbs to 250lbs in the blink of an eye and one day saw a picture of me with my drinking buddies and said "I can't stand to look at myself..no more pictures for me". I ran into someone who had transformed her body and it re-motivated me. I dropped 50lbs in 3 months from nothing but going back into the boxing gym (They converted to MMA now), eating serving sizes and no more fast food, and cut out the sodas and most of all...the $400 PER WEEK of social drinking I spent. I had maybe 1 or 2 beers a week. Ended up taking on a very hard and long job the last 2yrs and I let myself lose time for anything but work....and going out at night. Right back up to 240 after yrs and finally pulled back out of it and back to boxing..am now down to 213lbs in 10 weeks from the same changes above. Another 10 to go and I can fit my old clothes again....

Honestly I recently realised that being fit and being thin are 2 different things. And that I'm more thin than I am fit. Gotta work on that

Hey, can you make a playlist on learning boxing at home from Basics to advance?

Thank you for that approach. I was sitting in front of my computer and playing games. Couldn't do something with myself although I had the right mindset. Now it's different.

Hi Tony. I have been boxing for the first time in my life for about a month almost everyday.

What electrolyte drink do you recommend for a quicker recovery? I was unable to find the onnit hydratech on the website you mentioned in a previous video.

I think a lot of athletes in sports that reward being really lean have a skewed perception of what is 'fat'. I mean, I'm around where you were in the pic at 0:32, and I'm not fat. In fact, I am still bulking. As long as you keep within the range of 10%-23% or so, you'll be fine. Some people will want to be on the leaner end of this range for what they do physically, and some on the fattier side. I also think a lot of lean athletes are afraid of bulking, because any good bulk requires you to put on a pretty significant amount of fat. It's about 50/50 fat and lean mass, usually. Probably worse ratio as you get really big. As in like FFMI 24-25+. But if they put that muscle on in the off-season, they'd consistently get better and better at their sport a lot faster than they do otherwise.

Edit: Of course I don't recommend "dirty bulking". I think junk food is poison. Don't eat crisps. Eat meat, fat, bread, pasta, potatoes, fruit, some veg. Though I think vegetables are a bit overrated, as most of that stuff can be gotten from meat fat. Potatoes are marvellous, though.
