I've bought this car and can conclude that the motor will still run even when the hydrogen and oxygen gases are vented into the air. This tells me the PEM Fuel Cell acts like a capacitor where it stores the electrical charge from the battery. The gases are just a by-product of the process as the water is introduced to cool the PEM Fuel Cell and protect the plastic membrane that separates the metal plates. So now I understand that, I still can't understand how a hydrogen fuel cell car works. Anyone care to help?

what efficiency achieve in electrolysis mode and fuel cell mode?
It use expensive materials like platinum or cheap katalyst?

as it would be possible, to develop something for real scale, to use in sedan style vehicles

I have access to hydrogen cells between 50w to 2kw, but I don't have any knowledge to do anything
