An early birthday tribute to Priscilla Lane (June 12, 1915 – April 4, 1995), who became the most famous of the four acting Lane sisters (Leota, Lola, and Rosemary were the others). Today she is best remembered for two films - "Arsenic And Old Lace" (1944) and Alfred Hitchcock's "Saboteur" (1942) but she also appeared alongside James Cagney, John Garfield, Dick Powell, and Lawrence Tierney just to name a few. Priscilla retired from show business to focus on her family and died of lung cancer at age 79. Although not as well remembered as some of her contemporaries, she was an entertaining actress with a charming naturalness and was well-liked by both male and female moviegoers. Background music by Dean Martin. Enjoy!
